Retreat Dates: April 21-25, 2027

Class Registration Dates:

• Wave 1: October 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET - This date is reserved for attendees who made their deposit at the 2026 retreat.

• Wave 2: October 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET - This date is reserved for attendees who made a deposit between the end of the 2026 retreat and September 30, 2026.

• General Registration: October 21, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET - This is for attendees who either did not make a deposit, or made a deposit after September 30, 2026.  

• Individual Class Registration: February 1, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET.

Cost of Classes:

• The more classes you take, the lower the cost per class!

• For 7 classes - $120.00 per class, total of $840.00 ($903.00 including tax).

• For 5 classes - $130.00 per class, total of $650.00 ($698.75 including tax). 

• For Individual classes - $140.00 per class ($150.50 including tax).

• Instructors may apply a materials cost to the class which will be detailed in the class description and paid direct to the instructor at the time of the class.  

• Classes include all necessary supplies for your projects. 
   

Payment Options for Classes:

• Payment In Full - at the time of registration, paid through Square.

  • $903.00 (7 classes)

  • $698.75 (5 classes)

  • $150.50 (1 class)

• Two Payment Plan - If registering before December 31, 2026, you may choose to make two payments.  A convenience fee of $10.00 will be applied to the balance due.

  • Partial payment due at the time of registration, paid through Square.

    • $400.00​

  • Balance due February 15, 2027, paid through Square.  The balance due will be invoiced at least 2 weeks before the due date. It is your responsibility to look for this invoice and ensure that it is paid on time to avoid a late fee of $25.00.

    • $503.00 (7 classes) + $10.00 convenience fee, total of $513.00

    • $298.75 (5 classes) + $10.00 convenience fee, total of $308.75

• After December 31, 2026 retreat fees must be paid in full, through Square, at the time of registration.

Lodging and Meals:

• Registering for classes does not reserve your room or meals.  You must reserve your room and meals directly with the Camp Weed & Cerveny Conference Center. 

• The cost for lodging and meals is separate from the cost of classes and is paid directly to Camp Weed & Cerveny Conference Center.

Late and Returned Payment Fees:

• $25.00 Returned Payment Fee for insufficient funds or declined credit card.

• $25.00 Late Payment Fee for invoices not paid by February 15, 2027.  A new invoice will be issued on February 16, 2027 to include the Late and/or Returned Payment Fee(s) and is payable upon receipt.

Other Important Registration Information:

• If we must cancel the retreat due to State guidelines concerning health risks, your registration will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.  This administrative fee covers nonrefundable expenses incurred during registration (credit card fees, insurance expense and retreat software fees).  

• Retreat registrations may be sold/transferred to another attendee by you if you are unable to attend.  You must contact us directly with the attendee's name and contact information.  They will become responsible for any and all remaining costs of the retreat.

• No children under 16 are permitted at the retreat. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 18 must have a signed parental release.  Please notify us when registering.

• No unsolicited advertising or selling of products are allowed at the retreat.  The only sales to be made are by the retreat instructors or organizers.

• By registering for this retreat, you agree to hold The Great Bead Escape Retreat organizers harmless in any way for any claim for injury, loss or damage to you or any person accompanying you.

• You also give consent to The Great Bead Escape Retreat organizers to use photos taken of you during the retreat as publicity for future retreats and promotional materials.
