The below information is effective for the April 2021 retreat.
Registration will be open October 7, 2020 for the retreat. Room and meal reservations will be made directly with the conference center later this year. The cancellation policy of the conference center allows for a full refund for room and meals if you choose to cancel more than 3 days from the retreat date. The cancellation policy for the Great Bead Escape will apply to your retreat fee.
Retreat dates are April 7-11, 2021.
5 or 7 classes of your choice, activities, drawings and prizes.
Classes include All necessary supplies for your projects. No extra fees are charged.
These rates are for the 2021 Retreat .
Full Retreat cost is $636.00 per person for 7 classes, plus tax ($680.52 including tax). 5 classes is $480 plus sales tax ($513.60). Commuter rate is the same as above, except you will need to contact the retreat center to purchase your meals each day. The meals must be purchased in advance. There is a one-time per person non-refundable registration fee included in the above prices.

This payment will be made through Square at the time of registration. The balance due will be invoiced at least 2 weeks before the due date. It is your responsibility to look for this invoice and ensure that it is paid on time to avoid a late fee. Your invoice will be due on February 28, 2021. There will be a $3.00 processing fee added to the second invoice.
Balance of $343.26 (7 classes) or $176.34 (five classes) will be due on February 28, 2021.
After December 31, 2021 retreat fees will be paid in full at the time of registration.
Please choose your classes carefully, as there will be no class changes once your registration is received. If you have any questions on classes, contact the instructor directly with your question before registering.
When registering, please use the email address that you would like to receive any and all correspondence from The Great Bead Escape.
Retreat registration may be sold/transferred to other attendees by you if you are unable to attend. You must contact us directly with the attendees name and contact information. They will become responsible for all remaining costs of the retreat.
Late Fee and Returned Check Policy
$25 returned check fee for insufficient funds.
$25 late fee for invoices not paid by the end of the month due. New invoice will be issued to include the late fee and is payable upon receipt. If not paid in 6 days, a new invoice will be issued for full balance due plus late fees. This includes declined credit card charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Less than 30 days prior to the event, no refund is given
31 to 60 days prior to the event, 50% refund is given less $50 non-refundable registration fee and $50 cancellation fee
More than 61 days prior to the event, full refund is given, less $50 non-refundable registration fee and $50 cancellation fee.

General Information about the retreat:
Please, no children under 16 permitted at the retreat. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 18 must have a signed parental release. Please notify us when registering.
No unsolicited advertising or selling of products at the retreat. The only sales to be made are by the retreat instructors.
By registering for this retreat, you are agreeing to the following: The retreat organizers (The Great Bead Escape) will make every effort to provide you with an exciting fun experience. By participating in this event, you agree to hold The Great Bead Escape organizers harmless in any way for any claim for injury, loss or damage to you or any person accompanying you.
You also give consent to The Great Bead Escape organizers to use photos taken of you during the retreat as publicity for future retreats and promotional materials.
