Wednesday - Meet and Greet Reception Dinner  

 

Check into your room at Cerveny.  
Take the time to walk around and enjoy the beautiful grounds.  Come by retreat registration at 5:00 and check in.  Turn in your Design Challenge Contest Entry, Raffle Items and Jewelry Swap item if participating.  New this year - Chair Massages will be offered by Vital Massage and Body Work.  You can sign up for a 15 minute chair massage on Thursday or Friday evening.  Each 15 minute session is $20.  You can sign up for your session when you check in.

We will have dinner at 6:00.  After dinner you will receive your goody bags and you will be introduced to all of the retreat instructors.  Instructors will offer highlights of their upcoming classes and have project samples available for you to view.  

This year we will have a fun make and take project for you to enjoy after meeting your teachers.

Thursday - Classes, Jewelry Swap, Shopping, Chair Massage

Evening Gathering -   We will have a jewelry swap.  If you would like to participate, bring a piece of jewelry with a minimum value of $40 including a tag with your name.  We will provide the bag to put it in.  

 

Friday - Classes, Evening Classroom Time, Shopping, Chair Massage

Evening Gathering – You be given the chance to talk to teachers and ask additional questions or finish up some work on a piece.  You will again have the opportunity to buy kits, show off your new works and have a chair massage if you'd like.

After your morning class is complete, you will join staff, instructors and fellow students at the Farewell Lunch.  This will be your last opportunity to preregister for the 2026 Great Bead Escape.
