How Do I Register? TOP
You can register Online.

What's included in the retreat cost? TOP

  • The Retreat cost is $595 per person. This includes:

    • Your choice of 5, 4 hours classes. 1 morning and 1 afternoon class per attendee per day. All materials and class fees are included

    • Catered lunches Friday through Sunday

    • Catered dinners on Friday and Saturday night

    • Many evening activities are planned and all are included in your retreat cost.

    • Goodie bags filled with samples, coupons and tips and tricks from all of the retreat instructors

How do I get there Driving / Flying? TOP

You can drive or fly. If you fly, you will fly into Orlando International which is 21 miles from the Shrine Auditorium. Once you know your arrival flight, let us know so we can help you with getting several travelers together to share the cost of a shuttle bus or cab.

  • From Interstate 4, Take the Maitland Blvd (414) Exit 90B or 90

  • Turn right onto Maitland Blvd

  • Turn left at the 4th Light, onto Maitland Summit Blvd

  • Take the first right out of the traffic circle onto Pembrook Drive

  • Bahia Shrine is 0.3 mile on the left, use the second gate to enter.


Are there hotels nearby? TOP

Yes, there are 2 recommended hotels within a half mile away.

I travel by RV, are there campgrounds nearby? TOP

There are several Campgrounds within five miles of the auditorium.

Should I bring tools or task lighting? TOP

Each instructor will provide all tools required for your use during class. Most will provide task lighting if required. But if you have your own personal Ott Lite or task lighting feel free to bring it to your classes. Don't forget your glasses or magnifiers from home.

Do I need to bring beads or supplies? TOP

Only if you want to work on projects on your own back at the hotel. Each instructor will have additional kits available for purchase and will have a wide variety of tools and supplies for sale during market place hours.

Will there be breaks? TOP

You can get up and move around as needed. Snacks and beverages are provided. Remember to move around when you need to!

Is there a place to visit and bead after hours? TOP

After dinner, there will be activities, but you are welcome to sit together with your new friends and work on projects of your choice.

Will there be shopping? TOP

There will be additional kits and supplies from each vendor.

Is there food nearby? TOP

For breakfast you may like to try Nature's Table Cafe. It's a half mile from the auditorium and has many fresh menu choices. A list of restaurants will be provided upon arrival.

Is there time to sight see? TOP

Yes, if you decide to forego the evening events you can drive to any of the theme parks and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. There will be a list of things to do in the evenings provided upon your arrival.

Can I bring my family, friends, kids? TOP

There is so much to do in Orlando for the rest of your family and friends that they will be as busy as you are in the class. We do ask that only retreat attendees come to the Shrine Auditorium for the retreat activities. Minimum age for attendees should be 16.
